Why Send Short Emails

There has been some discussion lately about the content of promotional emails for the summit. Many people with lists will put a section in their weekly email about the summit. Some will send a long email explaining the summit. Others will send just a short “note” promoting the summit.

We’ve tested them all and here is what we found.

When we send the long email to our customer list we typically get 1-2% of them to sign up for the summit.

But, when we send a short, 2-3 sentence email saying this is cool, check it out it’s free we get a 5-6% sign up rate.

The point is a short, independent email to your client or prospect list will do 400-500% better than long emails or burying the information in your newsletter.

Isn’t the point to get people to sign up? We’ve tested them all and have real results.

Bottom Line: Send a short, concise emailĀ  about the summit to your list. Don’t over explain, don’t bury it in your newsletter. Get the results you deserve.

Thanks,
Keith

PS: There are several of these short emails in the affiliate area.
